Services
Rug Cleaning
Our specialized rug cleaning service combines traditional hand-washing techniques with modern technology to preserve delicate fibers. We use pH-balanced solutions that safely remove embedded dirt from oriental rugs, handmade carpets, and antique textiles while maintaining color integrity. Each rug receives individual attention through our 12-step cleaning process, including fiber inspection, spot treatment, and final quality checks. Our technicians handle both small decorative rugs and large wall-to-wall installations with equal care.
Carpet Repair
We specialize in comprehensive carpet and rug repair services including reweaving, patching, and edge binding. Our experts address fraying, burns, and water damage using matching materials to maintain aesthetic continuity. The process includes fiber matching, structural reinforcement, and color blending techniques that make repairs virtually undetectable. We handle both synthetic and natural fiber carpets with appropriate restoration methods.
Water Damage Restoration
Our 24/7 water damage service rapidly extracts standing water and dries affected materials using industrial-grade equipment. We employ thermal imaging to detect hidden moisture in carpets, padding, and subfloors. The process includes antimicrobial treatment to prevent mold growth and specialized drying chambers for rug restoration. We coordinate with insurance companies and provide documentation for claim processing.
Oriental Rug Cleaning
This service focuses on preserving valuable oriental rugs through gentle yet effective cleaning. We use vegetable-based detergents and controlled humidity environments to protect natural dyes and fibers. The process includes dust removal, spot cleaning, and pH-neutral rinsing that maintains the rug's structural integrity. We also offer appraisal services and care guidance for antique rug owners.
Pet Stain Removal
Our pet stain treatment uses enzymatic cleaners that break down organic matter at the molecular level. We target both visible stains and odor-causing bacteria in carpet padding and subfloors. The multi-stage process includes pre-treatment, deep extraction, and protective coating application to prevent future accidents. We guarantee complete elimination of pet-related odors through our three-step verification system.
