Our History

Our journey began when Bob and Pat Massart purchased an old dairy building and converted it into an auction house facility where they conduct weekly online auctions. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include auction, real-estate, consultant, and appraisal services to attorneys, executors, banks, estates, insurance firms, collectors, farmers, business people, and other individuals.

Our Team

We are proud to have a team of honest professionals who share our values of pride and professionalism. Our team is led by Damien R. Massart, our President, Auctioneer, Appraiser, and Consultant. Damien is a certified auctioneer with multiple designations, including the Certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI), Auction Marketing Management (AMM), and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS). He is also a member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, and National Auctioneers Foundation.
