Our Firm

Our firm, Cole Surveying & Design, PA, was formerly known as Wes Cole Land Surveying, PA. In 2019, we rebranded and expanded our services to offer more comprehensive land services to our clients. We are professionally licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee to provide surveying services. Additionally, we are licensed in North and South Carolina to offer landscape architectural services.

• J. Wes Cole, PLS - Founder Director of Surveying: Wes has been in the surveying industry since high school. He earned his surveying degree at East Tennessee State University and has worked for several surveying firms before starting his own company in 2007. He is detail-oriented and always pushing himself to learn more about the surveying industry and technical advances in the field.

• Hillary Cole, RLA Director of Landscape Architecture: Hillary has a love for the outdoors and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. She earned her degree in landscape design and horticulture from Montana State University and then went on to earn her master's degree in Landscape Architecture. She is dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of project sites and ensuring compliance with local and national historic preservation standards.
