• Rex G. Baker III: Rex has an AV-Preeminent Rating for legal ability and ethical standards with Martindale-Hubbell. His practice focuses on real estate development, banking, corporate mergers and acquisitions, municipal law, probate, and estate planning. Rex has served as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 4, Hays County, and has held numerous leadership roles in the community.
• Thomas W. Robertson: Tom has a general civil litigation practice focusing on real estate, construction, business disputes, deed restrictions, and collections. He also has experience representing homeowners' associations with covenant enforcement, assessment collection, litigation, and dispute resolution. Tom joined Baker & Robertson in 2001 and has argued cases before the Texas Supreme Court and the Third Court of Appeals.
• Dan O'Brien: Dan represents clients in real estate litigation and transactions, estate planning and probate, and general civil litigation matters. He is an AV-Preeminent rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized multiple times as a Texas Super Lawyer in the area of General Litigation. Dan is a qualified mediator and provides mediation and arbitration services in and around Dripping Springs. He is a Past President of the Hays County Bar Association, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and has served in numerous community leadership roles.
