As a full-service home inspection company, we have been serving the Pennsylvania communities of DuBois, Treasure Lake, Clearfield, State College, Bellefonte, Osceola Mills, Philipsburg, Brookville, Punxsutawney, Clarion, St Marys, Ridgway, and surrounding areas for many years. Our inspector/owner, Troy Baughman, has performed over 1000 inspections and has a solid background and experience in the construction industry. With over 500 CE hours in home inspection training, Troy is certified by InterNACHI and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
