Our Story
My name is Fabian Garza. I was born and raised in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico and grew up in a hospitality environment. In 2016, I gambled everything on a dream and walked away from a successful career. With a loan from my Father, and the full support of my beloved wife, we took the leap on opening our own family-operated catering business in Dallas, TX. We named our new company after our hometown, Monclova, Coahuila. After working for some great companies and with many different chefs and their distinct personalities, we were able to combine amazing foods and styles of presentation that mixed with traditional European standards were lessons that became qualities handed down to us by our mentors and now friends, that have led us to our mutual passion of planning catering events, using our experience approach to service that will be remembered by all in attendance for its exquisite attention to detail.
