Our Services: Tailored to Your Individual Needs

At SCORE, we offer a wide range of services tailored to each individual client. Our experienced staff of physical therapists is dedicated to helping people of all ages, including children, recover from injuries and musculoskeletal issues. We specialize in myofascial release, a form of soft tissue therapy that focuses on stretching the fascia, the soft tissue component of the connective tissue that protects and supports muscles throughout the body. This therapy can help alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and increase flexibility.

We also offer functional capacity evaluations, which are intense one-day evaluations that focus on an individual's maximum physical abilities. These evaluations can help determine a person's ability to perform specific job tasks and can be useful in determining workplace accommodations. In addition, we provide work conditioning, an individualized, work-oriented program designed to restore a client's strength, endurance, movement, and flexibility.

At SCORE, we are committed to promoting exercise and nutritional counseling as part of a healthy lifestyle. That's why we are proud to introduce the recently expanded SCORE Wellness Center, LLC. Our wellness center offers a variety of services, including personal training, group fitness classes, and nutritional counseling.

Our Experienced Staff: Dedicated to Continual Professional Growth

Our staff is comprised of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who are committed to continuing professional growth. Michael Dane, the director of SCORE, has dedicated his entire career to the world of physical therapy. He has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University and has almost two decades of experience in the field.

In addition to Michael, our staff includes experienced physical and occupational therapists who are committed to providing the best possible care to our clients. We hire only the most experienced therapists, and we are proud of the high level of skill and dedication that they bring to our team.

Our Locations: Three Convenient Connecticut Locations

SCORE has three convenient Connecticut locations in Middlebury, Southbury, and Woodbury. Our Middlebury location is located in the Turnpike Office Park on Straits Turnpike. Our Southbury location is located at Pomperaug Office Park on Route 67. Our Woodbury location is located at Cornerstone Professional Park on Sherman Hill Road.
