Clear Excavating

Clear Excavating and Clear Tree Service are dedicated to making dreams come true. We started in 2012 as a small company focused on residential site preparation. Over the years, we have developed expertise in road development, commercial site preparation, and specialty excavation/land clearing work. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality of service to all our clients, including you. We believe in the importance of maintaining our equipment to ensure projects are completed on schedule and with minimal environmental impact.

Our Services

Our services include commercial site preparation, which involves clearing and grubbing, foundation preparation, parking lot grading, soil stabilization, drainage, water and sewer systems, and storm drain systems. We also offer road development services, such as clearing and grubbing, underground sewer and water, constructing roadways, culvert installation, and infiltration points. Additionally, we have a range of equipment for site preparation, road building, and clearing, including dozers, excavators, and large trucks. Our equipment is fitted with GPS technology for efficiency and accuracy in elevation and final grade.

Our Equipment

Our fleet includes Caterpillar D5 LGP and Caterpillar D6 LGP dozers, equipped with CAT grade control and grade assist, for site preparation and road building. For excavation and clearing, we have Caterpillar 323 and Caterpillar 336 excavators, as well as Hitachi 210 and Hitachi 85. Our large trucks include Kenworth W900 flat bed trucks, dump trucks, and hooklift hoist trucks, which we use for mobilizing equipment and daily operations. We also have water trucks available for projects that require them.

Areas We Service

Clear Excavating is located in Palmer, Alaska, and we provide services throughout the Mat-Su Valley and Southcentral Alaska. We have completed projects as far north as Willow and south to Anchorage. If you are unsure if you are in our service area, feel free to contact us for more information.
