Management Team

Our management team is comprised of experienced professionals who have worked in the land development industry for decades. Our President and CEO, Jeff Stuchel, is a professional engineer and licensed land surveyor with expertise in land development processes. Aaron Vinson, our VP of Engineering, has extensive experience in land development engineering, including technical and supervisory experience in land use planning, feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, and more. Karen White, our VP of Urban Planning and Engineering, has extensive experience in land development engineering, including technical and supervisory experience in land use planning, feasibility studies, and more.
