Robert Vasquez, Realtor License # 01349977, is the founder of SoCal City Properties. Robert's real estate career began in his hometown of Eagle Rock at Century 21 Crest in 2002. He's the recipient of the Century 21 Masters Emerald Award, for consistent high production, quality service, and dedication. Robert has over 14 years of entrepreneurial experience embedded through several industries in insurance, developing, and real estate sales. His main source of business is referral based.

Xochitl Rosales, Broker License # 01773834, brings over 13 years of experience to the table. After graduating from San Diego State University with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice Administration, Xochitl's real estate career began in 2003 with mortgage lending. She is known for her energetic and enthusiastic personality, and her family history of hard work and diligence.
