At Swell Swim School, we believe that swimming is more than just a skill - it's a life skill that can build confidence, bring joy, and, most importantly, save a life. Our school is built on the foundation of providing a safe, supportive, and loving environment for our swimmers to learn and thrive. We are proud to continue the most effective swim method in the world, which is based on structure, high expectations, and LOTS of love!

Our highly trained instructors are passionate about their work and tailor every lesson to each individual swimmer to build skills and confidence. We believe in a no-nonsense approach to getting our swimmers safe in the water. Each swimmer is holding their breath underwater and learning to propel themselves to get to a safe place in the pool as soon as lessons start. We know we don't have any time to waste because swimming is a skill that can save a life.

How We Operate

At Swell Swim School, we believe in operating with transparency and clarity. We have established a registration process that is easy to follow and a set of policies that ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our swimmers. We are committed to providing the highest quality of instruction and attention to each of our swimmers.

Our Services

We offer private swim lessons for all ages beginning at 9 months, with 30-minute lessons provided one-on-one with a highly trained instructor. Our heated pool is located at our facility, and we offer a unique and exciting learning environment. We also provide a gold medal ceremony on the last lesson and underwater pictures available for purchase (not guaranteed).

We offer private lesson pricing at $60 per lesson, with a 10-lesson minimum. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration, which is applied toward the lesson total.

Baby & Me Group Classes

We also offer Baby & Me Group Classes for parents and babies aged 6-11 months. These classes are 30 minutes long and are designed to be a fun and supportive environment for parents and babies to learn and bond together.

Policies

We have established policies in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our swimmers and parents. We cannot move or reschedule lessons appointments for any reason once they have been accepted and payment received. We also do not offer makeup lessons for any reason, including illness, vacations, or unforeseen family emergencies.

We strive to capture underwater pictures, but please understand that underwater pictures cannot be guaranteed. Our foremost focus is always on ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.

Things to Know Before Your Lessons

Before your lessons, we kindly ask that you do not feed your child within 2 hours before the lesson to prevent tummy aches and food coming back up with a burp. We also request that you use reusable swim diapers and place a disposable swim diaper inside for easy clean-up. We may ask you to stay out of your child's view for the first lesson so your child can relate and bond to their teacher on a one-on-one basis, building trust, confidence, and love.

Q: Will you be doing lessons in customers' pools?

A: We are only offering lessons at our location. We are committed to providing the highest quality lessons and know we can best do that at our location, a fun, supportive learning environment.

Q: What age do you recommend starting swim lessons?

A: The earlier the better! Not only for kids to learn to swim, but to learn a respect for the water. Swim lessons teach them what they can or can't do in the water.

Q: Why shouldn't swimmers eat two hours before lessons?

A: They are learning to swim which means they are learning to hold their breath too! As they are learning, they take in more air than they need. All that air builds up in their stomachs and will come out as a burp!
