Bike Maintenance, Tune-Ups, & Service Subscriptions

As a full-service bike shop, we offer a range of maintenance options to keep your bike in top shape. Our tune-ups include three options: Pro Tune-Up, Elite Tune-Up, and Complete Overhaul, designed to cater to different needs and budgets. Our tune-ups are carried out by professionally-trained mechanics who take great care in ensuring that your bike is running smoothly and efficiently.

Our service subscriptions provide you with that new-bike feeling all year round. We offer three service plans that match different needs and preferences. The Velo Pro Service Subscription Plan offers two Pro Tune-Ups per year, bi-monthly shift and brake adjustments, and troubleshooting/diagnosing issues, among other benefits. Our Velo Elite Service Plan includes one Elite Tune-Up, one Pro Tune-Up, bi-monthly shift and brake adjustments, and troubleshooting/diagnosing issues, among other benefits. Finally, our Velo VIP Service Plan offers the ultimate service experience, including one Elite Tune-Up, one Pro Tune-Up, one pro-bike fit, monthly mobile pick-up for brake adjustments, priority in service queue, and other benefits.

Our professional bike fitters take the time to understand your needs and goals and use state-of-the-art technology to analyze your position and make necessary adjustments. We work with you to optimize your comfort, efficiency, and power output, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing your overall cycling experience.

Bikes & Custom Builds

Shop Hours & Mobile Service

Our shop hours are Tuesday - Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Sunday-Monday we are closed. However, we offer mobile pick-up and delivery services outside of our store hours. Give us a call, and we'll be happy to schedule a time that works best for you.
