Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues
Several reviewers mentioned issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel rooms. Roni Mace, who gave the hotel 3 stars, reported finding a stain on the toilet, dirt and dead bugs in the window track, and an odd odor in the halls. Hema Dave, who gave the hotel 2 stars, mentioned dirty bathrooms, weird-smelling bedsheets, and a lack of cleaning service.
