Emergency Plumbing
Available 24/7 for critical issues like burst pipes, gas leaks, and flooding. Our team responds within hours using advanced diagnostics to prevent property damage. Emergency service includes sewer backups, frozen pipes, and water heater failures. We guarantee rapid resolution with minimal disruption to homes and businesses.
Hydro Jetting
Clears stubborn clogs and buildup in sewer lines using 4,000 PSI water jets. This eco-friendly method removes tree roots, grease, and mineral deposits without pipe damage. Ideal for recurring drain issues and preventive maintenance. Lasts longer than traditional snaking with thorough pipe wall cleaning.
Water Heater Repair
Services tank and tankless water heaters for leaks, ignition failures, and sediment buildup. Technicians diagnose thermostat issues, replace heating elements, and flush tanks for efficiency. We install Energy Star-rated models from Bradford White and Navien with warranties up to 6 years. Annual maintenance plans available.
Sewer Line Inspection
Uses fiber-optic cameras to identify cracks, root intrusion, and blockages in underground pipes. Real-time video analysis pinpoints repair needs without excavation. Combined with hydro jetting for comprehensive sewer maintenance. Prevents costly replacements through early detection of corrosion and misaligned joints.
Drain Cleaning
Resolves slow drains and backups in kitchens, bathrooms, and main sewer lines. Methods include manual augers, hydro jetting, and Picote machine abrasion. Preventive maintenance recommended annually to avoid emergency situations. Handles commercial grease traps and residential garbage disposal issues.

Questions
What constitutes a plumbing emergency?
Issues requiring immediate attention include burst pipes, gas leaks, sewer backups, complete loss of water, or flooding. These situations risk property damage, safety hazards, or uninhabitable conditions.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
We guarantee arrival within 2 hours for emergencies during standard hours. Emergency hours (5 PM-9 PM weekdays and 7 AM-9 PM Sundays) have a $199 dispatch fee but maintain the same rapid response.
Do you service tankless water heaters?
Yes, we repair and maintain all brands including Navien and Rinnai. Services cover error code diagnosis, heat exchanger descaling, and replacement of flow sensors or ignition assemblies.
What causes recurring drain clogs?
Common causes include grease buildup in kitchen drains, hair accumulation in showers, tree root intrusion in sewer lines, and improperly sized pipes. Hydro jetting and camera inspections identify the root cause.
Can you detect hidden water leaks?
We use thermal imaging and acoustic listening devices to locate slab leaks, wall pipe bursts, and underground line failures without destructive excavation. Thermal cameras detect temperature differences caused by water flow.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes, Rocket Shield plans include annual drain cleaning, water heater flushing, and sewer line inspections. Starting at $13/month, plans cover priority scheduling and discounted repairs.
