Our History

Founded in 1969 by Hiroshi Abe, Asahi Seiko Co. Ltd. (ASC) has grown from a small Japanese company to a global leader in the design and development of coin handling equipment and related coin mechanisms and devices. In 1989, Asahi Seiko USA, Inc. (ASI) was established in Las Vegas, NV, to service the growing needs of the North and South American markets. Today, we are proud to be a trusted supplier to many distinguished OEMs in the laundry, amusement, transportation, and retail industries.
