Founded by Barbara Zink in Lititz, Pennsylvania, The Herb Shop has been a staple in the community for decades. In 1995, Barb's husband, Jim, opened a stand at The Central Market in historic Lancaster, Pennsylvania, expanding the reach of The Herb Shop. Although the original Lititz location closed in 2008 when Barb retired, the market stand remains, continuing the legacy of providing fresh, flavorful herbs and spices.

Our Commitment to Quality

At The Herb Shop, we are committed to offering the highest quality herbs and spices at reasonable prices. We understand that many dried herbs and spices begin to lose flavor in less than a year, so we encourage our customers to buy in smaller quantities to ensure maximum freshness. Our market stand is open on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 7am-3pm, and we offer online ordering for your convenience.
