Established in 1984, Warner Constructors has built a reputation for delivering high-quality general contracting services to Los Angeles. Over the years, we have grown to a team of over 50 skilled professionals with extensive experience in all construction phases. Our core business is interior construction, but we have expanded our services to include exterior renovations, adaptive reuse, new building structures, critical facilities, and retail projects. Our services include constructibility, intent of design site evaluation, preliminary pricing, value engineering, construction management, communication, quality control, budget management, schedule management, project turnover, closeout documentation, client training, and green construction. We also offer LEED AP services and have successfully completed LEED projects annually since 2005. Our commitment to environmental responsibility includes source reduction, recycling, the application of sustainable products, and overall environmental awareness.
