Cancellation Policy

At Waves Salon, we understand that unexpected things can come up, and we do our best to accommodate any changes to your appointment. However, we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled after this period are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service, while appointments canceled on the day or those that result in a "no-show" will be charged the full price of the service. For services that are 2 hours or longer, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Exceptions will not be made, so please respect your stylist's time. If you don't show up for your appointment, your stylist won't be paid.
