Our company is owned and operated by Kevin Sanchez, who is also the President of the business. His wife, Meighn Sanchez, is the Vice President and CFO, ensuring that the company's financial operations are run smoothly. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality building materials specializing in residential and commercial construction in Lubbock and the surrounding areas.

Our accurate estimating services allow us to provide our customers with material estimates for lumber, windows, doors, roofing, and drywall. Kevin Sanchez, the owner and President of the business, has extensive experience in the construction industry and is committed to building long-term relationships with customers. Meighn Sanchez, the Vice President and CFO, ensures that the company's financial operations are run smoothly. Rosalie Gonzales is our Accounting Assistant, and Abel Sanchez is our Outside Sales representative.

Raul Olvera Jr. is our other Outside Sales representative, while Rod Madden is our Window & Door Specialist. Jacob Martinez is also a Window & Door Specialist, and Manuel Rosales is our Yard Foreman. Our team's extensive experience and expertise in the building materials industry enable us to provide accurate estimates and high-quality building materials for our clients.
