Dynamic Strides Therapy (DST) is a unique therapy center that combines the therapeutic benefits of equine movement, a specialized sensory gym, and skilled certified therapists to empower children with special needs to achieve their maximum potential. Our mission is to provide accessibility to specialized pediatric therapy services in an integrated environment, ultimately changing the lives of our patients and their families for the better. Therapy Services

We offer a wide range of therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, including:

• Occupational Therapy: Focusing on helping children thrive through meaningful, everyday activities, our occupational therapists work with children to improve fine motor skills, visual-perceptual skills, cognitive abilities, and sensory processing.

• Physical Therapy: Maximizing quality of life and functional independence, our physical therapists work with children to improve gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength.

• Speech Therapy: Developing vital communication and cognitive skills, our speech therapists work with children to improve language development, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication.

• Hippotherapy: Our friendly horses are a vital part of our therapy team, helping children accomplish their functional goals with positive sensory, neuromotor, and cognitive engagement.

• Aquatic Therapy: Using the unique properties of water for physical therapy, our aquatic therapists work with children to improve strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness.

• Sensory Gym: Our specialized sensory gym provides therapy using safe play activities and equipment, designed to help children develop sensory processing, motor skills, and cognitive abilities.

Our Unique Facility

We are excited to provide southwest Missouri with a state-of-the-art facility that eliminates the need for families to travel long distances to receive quality services. Our new center will offer a unique set of therapies all under one roof, including hippotherapy, aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients and creating a welcoming environment for families.
