R Logistics, the parent company of Roly's Trucking, has a rich history that dates back to 1995 when its founders, Rolando and Iliana Garcia, first set foot in the United States. Immigrating from Cuba, they were driven by a strong work ethic and a determination to succeed. Their journey in the trucking industry began in 1997 with the purchase of a single truck, a 1989 Freightliner Cabover. From this humble start, Rolando and Iliana worked tirelessly, expanding their business through hard work and a keen eye for opportunity. In 2000, they decided to team up and grow their business further, and by 2004, they had developed a lucrative lane from California to the Dallas/Fort Worth market, even opening an office in Fort Worth, TX. The next significant step came in 2013 with the addition of a 50,000 square foot warehouse on a 10-acre lot in Fort Worth, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth.

Roly's Trucking operates a fleet of approximately 100 trucks and 400 trailers, focusing on dedicated, truck load, and port drayage operations. However, the R Logistics umbrella brand offers much more than just trucking. Our services include freight brokerage, warehousing, port drayage, equipment leasing, tire sales, and invoice factoring.
