Each therapist brings their unique experience, skills, and areas of specialization to our practice, ensuring that we can cater to a broad range of client needs.
Insurance and Payment
West Meadow Counseling, PC accepts Medicaid and most commercial insurances. We ask our clients to contact their insurance company to learn about their behavioral health benefits. Payment is expected at the time of service, and we accept cash, personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' advance notice for cancellation of an appointment. Missed appointments and appointments not cancelled within the 24-hour notice will incur a cancellation fee, which is waived in case of an emergency.
Confidentiality
West Meadow Counseling, PC adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act's (HIPAA) privacy rule, which protects individuals' medical records and personal health information. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in our therapeutic services.
