• Surveying: Our licensed professional land surveyors have extensive experience in property boundary resolution, topographic surveys, construction surveys and staking, and preparation of ALTA/ACSM surveying for both commercial and residential projects. We use the latest technology and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable survey data.

• Land Planning: Our land use planners have the expertise to help our clients navigate the permitting and approval process for their projects. We work closely with local and state agencies to ensure that our clients' projects comply with all applicable regulations and requirements.

Our Team

Our team of professionals includes a registered professional engineer, a registered land surveyor, and a water quality expert, as well as five project managers, two land use planners, three AutoCAD drafters, and excellent support staff. Our leadership includes:

• Mark Grenz, P.E., I.C., G.E., E.N.: Mark is the CEO and founder of MULTI/TECH Engineering Services, Inc. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Oregon, Washington, California, and Nevada and has over 35 years of experience providing engineering services.

• Robert Hamman: Robert is a licensed professional land surveyor in Oregon and Washington with over 30 years of experience. He manages the survey department at MULTI/TECH Engineering Services, Inc., including responsibility for quality control, training, scheduling, and supervision of the field survey crew.

• Natalie Grenz Janney, M.Sc., P.E.: Natalie is a licensed Professional Engineer and one of the vice presidents of MULTI/TECH Engineering Services, Inc. She has a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering and Water Quality and has completed graduate studies in the United Kingdom at the University of Nottingham, rated as one of the top 20 universities in the world for sustainability.

Our Projects

We have a proven track record of successful projects in the Willamette Valley. Here are a few examples:

• Commercial Design: Our design and planning departments were instrumental in completing a building that fit the present and future needs of the Associated Oregon Logger's commercial office in Salem, Oregon. Our services included the parking lot, new city street improvements, bioswale design and construction, and commercial building design.

• Multi-Family Complex: We designed and monitored the construction of a 120-unit multi-family project in Salem, Oregon.

• Residential Projects: We have designed and overseen the construction of several residential projects in the Willamette Valley, including the Golf Club Estates at Creekside Residential Project.
