Download application forms from our website, complete them, and mail with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Final payments are due two weeks before arrival via check or money order.
What activities are included in retreat packages?
Standard activities include nature hikes, campfires, sports, and game rooms. Additional charge activities like archery and paintball require advance booking through our office.
Can I host a wedding ceremony only without reception?
We require minimum meal packages for venue bookings. Weekend weddings need 75+ guests with accommodations, but smaller ceremonies may coordinate with our staff for day-use arrangements.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
We maintain a strict no-pets policy to ensure safety and cleanliness across our 175-guest capacity facilities. Service animals require prior approval and documentation.

All staff complete CPR and First Aid training. Leadership team members have decades of experience in youth programs, with background checks and specialized certifications in activity-specific safety protocols.
