Our Team

At J-Lyn Charters, our team is comprised of USCG licensed Captains, Janice and Ken Deaton. With a combined 60 years of experience fishing the Great Lakes, we have honed our skills and knowledge to navigate the waters of Lake Huron, and guide you to the area's best fishing hot spots. Whether you're a seasoned angler or a beginner, our team is dedicated to providing a hands-on, engaging, and fun-filled fishing experience for all.

Our Services

We specialize in full-day and half-day charters for up to six passengers. Our services cater to a wide variety of fishing interests, including:

• Chinook Salmon (Kings): These powerful fish can weigh up to 30 lbs, and we will coach you on how to reel in these magnificent creatures.

Our Boat

At J-Lyn Charters, we are proud to offer our clients an unparalleled fishing experience aboard the J-LYN, a spacious and comfortable 31' Cherokee Chief with an 11'5" beam. Featuring a custom-designed on-deck table, lower galley, and stand-up head, our boat boasts ample space for your fishing party, along with top-of-the-line electronic equipment for your safety and convenience.
