At the Teaneck Meditation Center, we believe that inner peace and happiness are within everyone's reach. Our story began in 2012 when we opened our doors in the heart of Teaneck, New Jersey. We are a 501(c)(3) charitable entity led by volunteers who are passionate about helping others find true happiness and live as their true authentic selves.

Our Center

Our center is a warm and welcoming space where individuals can come to escape the chaos of their daily lives. We are conveniently located near Veggie Heaven and Teaneck Cinemas, making it easy for anyone in the community to find us. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or completely new to meditation, we provide personalized guidance to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

Our Staff

Our team of experienced meditation professionals are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal growth goals. They have over 10 years of experience in meditation and are passionate about guiding others on their journey to awakening the wisdom found within. Our staff is here to support you from your very first visit to helping you take your practice to the next level.

Meditation Method

Our meditation method is designed to help you cleanse your mind and find peace and tranquility within. We recommend practicing at least three days a week, but the more you practice, the more results you will see. As you meditate, you will notice the benefits, such as better sleep, reduced anxiety and stress, increased gratitude, and a healthier mind. We also check in with you regularly to monitor your progress and help you stay on track.

Memberships and Classes

We offer various membership options that include unlimited support and classes. You can join as many classes as you want, whenever you want. Our classes are available online and in person, making it easy for you to fit meditation into your schedule. We also offer one-on-one guidance and support for those who prefer a more personalized approach.

In addition to our classes and memberships, we also offer media resources such as YouTube videos and podcasts. We also host workshops and events throughout the year, which provide opportunities for you to connect with others on the meditation journey and learn from experienced meditation professionals.
