Our services are built around you, focusing on pre-construction assistance, design-build delivery, and sustainable construction alternatives. We offer pre-construction assistance with planning board approvals and building permits, coordination of civil, architectural, and structural design, budget estimates at various stages of the project, and a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Our design-build services work directly for the owner as the single point of contact, providing single-source responsibility and project management for all aspects of design, budgeting, safety, closeout, and warranty administration.
