West Park Villas

West Park Villas is a community of upscale apartment homes designed for individuals of all ages. Our spacious two-bedroom homes come with a plethora of amenities, including attached garages, private patios, fully equipped kitchens, and air conditioning. We are a pet-friendly complex, situated in a convenient location near Smiley Park, which offers tennis courts, a children's garden, playground, ball fields, and a fishing pond. Additionally, we are close to shopping, banks, and restaurants, as well as Brumback Library, the first public library in the Country!

Our Apartments

Our two-bedroom apartments are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with deluxe cabinetry, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a microwave. The open floor plan includes cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and central heat & air, ensuring that you are comfortable all year round. You will also enjoy the convenience of cable and internet readiness and programmable thermostats. Our apartments also come with attached 1-car garages with remote entry, providing you with additional storage space and security.

Amenities and Services

At West Park Villas, we are committed to providing you with excellent customer service. Our complex offers 24-hour emergency maintenance services, a resident's customer care hotline, and experienced management. We take pride in our peaceful community, maintained lawn care, and snow removal services.

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two pets. We have breed restrictions in place, and a pet deposit of $200 is required. Additionally, there is a pet fee of $25 per month, per pet.
