Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Tuesday from 9:00am - 5:00pm, and we are closed for lunch from 12:15-12:45. Our mission at EnVision Optometry is to provide complete patient healthcare management. We believe that the emphasis of pathology and disease detection plays an important role in every vision examination our doctors perform. Through advanced diagnostics, our goal is to provide an extremely low over-referral rate while maintaining a high confidence rate within our patient base. Our Services

At EnVision Optometry, we offer a wide range of eye care services to meet your needs. These services include:

• Comprehensive eye exams: Our comprehensive eye exams evaluate the health of your eyes and vision, and can detect eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
• Contact lens fittings: We offer contact lens fittings for both soft and rigid gas permeable lenses, as well as specialty contacts for astigmatism, presbyopia, and dry eye.
• Low vision evaluations: Our low vision evaluations are designed to help patients with vision impairment to maximize their remaining vision and improve their quality of life.
• Optical services: Our in-house optical lab allows us to fabricate and dispense high-quality eyeglasses and sunglasses in a timely manner. We offer a wide range of frames and lenses to suit your style and vision needs.
• Emergency eye care: We offer emergency eye care services for injuries and infections.

Our Laboratory

We are proud to be able to provide our patients with eyewear fabricated in our own on-site laboratory. By directly supervising the fabrication of your eyewear, we have established a "hands on" philosophy which allows us to maintain a higher level of control and quality you deserve. From conventional adult and children's fashion eyewear to specialty eyewear such as swimming & sport goggles to custom tinting & lens designs, our lab has proven invaluable in reducing fabrication times for faster delivery service to our patients.

Our Doctors

Our team of experienced doctors includes B. Jeffrey Blue, O.D. and Jason D. Chang, O.D. Both doctors are dedicated to providing high-quality eye care services and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.

Dr. Blue is a San Luis Obispo native and has been practicing optometry since 1982. He is excited to bring positive changes to Envision Optometry as the managing partner. He graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and resides in the San Luis Obispo area with his wife and two children.

Dr. Chang joined our practice in late 2007 and specializes in low vision rehabilitation. He received his doctorate in Optometry from the UC Berkeley, School of Optometry in 2006 and completed a residency at the Center for the Partially Sighted in Los Angeles.
