Our Team

Our team at Heritage Place is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Led by our Community Manager, Jessica Bennett, and Leasing Consultant, Shaelyn Snyder, our staff is committed to ensuring that every resident has a positive and enjoyable living experience at Heritage Place.

Jessica has been a dedicated employee of the Al Angelo Company since 2012 and is driven to customer success. She is committed to meeting the needs of her residents and community. When she is not overseeing the community operations, she enjoys cooking, crafting, camping, spending time with her family, or watching her kids play sports.

Shaelyn has been with the Al Angelo Company since 2023 and strives to provide excellent customer service. She ensures her residents are getting the most out of their community. When she is not building community relationships and assisting residents and prospects, she enjoys hiking, all outdoor activities, painting, crafting of any sort, and spending time with her kids.

Dan Cherrington, our Maintenance Technician, has been with the Al Angelo Company going on 7 years and has been taking care of the Riverview building and tenants for 26 years. He enjoys antiques and spending time at his cabin in the woods.
