Although Dr. White was recommended due to her excellent reviews, the patient was told that before-and-after photos were not available for the specific procedure. Despite initial satisfaction immediately after the procedure, the patient was unhappy with the results within a few weeks.
The patient felt that Dr. White and her team were unresponsive to her concerns, with a lack of empathy and understanding. The patient even sought a revision at a different surgeon and was eventually told that the results were satisfactory.
