• Design Consultation: Our design consultation phase includes an on-site visit to learn about your needs, hopes, and initial ideas. We will ask you lots of questions, listen carefully, and provide design ideas.
• Proposal: Based on our initial consultation, we will provide you with a detailed proposal, including a list of project notes, a design proposal, and a contract.
• Design Development: In this phase, we present ideas and concepts, and you provide feedback. We revise and improve our designs and share them with you until the design is complete. This phase typically includes plans, elevations, design boards, material specifications, and recommendations and introductions to contractors and other professionals.
• Project Management: We offer project management services to suit your needs.
• Staying in Touch: We love to keep in touch with our clients and see how our designs are used and lived in. We are happy to be engaged for periodic assessments and updates.

Design is a Process

With our deep expertise and stellar communication skills, you can rest assured that your project is in good hands. The design process typically includes a consultation, proposal, design development, and staying in touch phases. We prefer to meet in-person to review design proposals, but we can also share proposals electronically and review them by phone.

Our design development phase is iterative, with us presenting ideas and concepts, and you providing feedback.
