Our studio is equipped with a range of classical Pilates apparatus, including reformers, towers, and low chairs, as well as some non-classical equipment like physioballs and dynabands. This diverse range of equipment allows our instructors to create a balanced practice for each student, from head to toe. We are proud to have a team of certified instructors who are passionate about teaching Pilates the way it was originally intended.
Whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, we offer various class options to suit your needs. Our private sessions provide personalized attention and accelerate progression, while our group classes offer a supportive community and a tailored approach within a small setting. Our small groups are limited to three to five students, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention.
