Welcome to Grasslands Golf & Country Club, a private and member-owned club located just minutes from downtown Lakeland, Florida. Our club offers a unique blend of traditional golf in a modern atmosphere. Since its opening in 1990, Grasslands has been designed by Jerry Pate & Bob Cupp and has undergone a comprehensive restoration in 2008 by the Jerry Pate Design Group. The course features beautiful greens converted to "Champion" ultra-dwarf Bermuda grass, rebuilt tee boxes, and extensive irrigation, drainage, bunkerwork, and beautification changes.
Golf Services
At Grasslands, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional golfing experience. Our course is designed to challenge and delight golfers of all skill levels. Members enjoy a range of traditional events and have access to professional tournaments. We have hosted several prestigious events, including the PGA Tour's Web.com Qualifying and the NFPGA Tour & Club Professional Invitational. Our membership includes distinguished golfers, including two Champions Tour and one LPGA Tour player. Golf Digest Magazine has recognized Grasslands as one of the top clubs in the nation with the "Best Players".
