Our company was founded by Ken Espenshade in 1961, driven by his passion for the trade and his desire to serve others with his gift. Over the years, the business has grown and thrived, with Ken's sons, Keith and Steve, joining the team as service technicians. Ken's daughter, Michelle, and son-in-law, Jim, also joined the business, with Michelle working in the management team and Jim handling sales, estimating, and customer relations. Today, the next generation of the Espenshade family has joined the business, ensuring that the tradition of excellent quality service continues.
