Our History and Facilities
Sutton Community Home has been serving the community of Sutton and the surrounding area since 1964. Hillcrest View Assisted Living was built in 2002, expanding our services to meet the needs of those we serve. Our facilities are designed to provide a home-like setting where our residents can live comfortably and receive the care they need.
Our Services
At Sutton Community Home, we offer skilled nursing care and intermediate care for our residents. We are licensed to accept Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Pay for residential and intermediate nursing care. We can accommodate up to 31 individuals in our facility, ensuring that each resident receives personalized care and attention.
Hillcrest View Assisted Living provides a pleasing and comfortable environment for our residents, offering a wide range of services and activities. We are licensed for 20 individuals and accept Medicaid Waiver clients. Our goal is to maintain each resident's independence and ability for self-care while providing the support they need.
