Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver exceptional construction services to our clients, consistently exceeding their expectations. We achieve this by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and communication, while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Our History

Steed Construction was founded in 1988 by Randy Steed, with the aim of providing General Contracting and Construction Management services to clients in Northern California. Over the years, we expanded our services to cover the Treasure Valley and beyond, opening offices in Boise, Idaho, and Salt Lake City, Utah. Today, we operate from two offices in Eagle, Idaho, and Salt Lake City, Utah, proudly serving clients in the intermountain region.

Our Values

We believe that "Better Tools and Ideas" make better builders. We continuously strive to stay on the leading edge with current technology, and processes that enable our team to perform at its highest ability. We know that "Real value is not the low bid on a high cost design, it's achieving the lowest true cost on the right design." - Eric Lamb.
