Founded in 2009 by Nick Dasta, the company has grown from a single founder to a team of five experienced professionals, reflecting a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Nick's passion for construction stems from a lifelong exposure to the industry. Growing up, he worked alongside his father, who owned a construction company, and his grandfather, who was also involved in construction. This hands-on experience ignited a love for building and fixing things, a passion that continues to drive Adaptive Construction today. Though Nick initially pursued a career in chiropractic, he found himself drawn back to the world of construction. The satisfaction of completing projects and helping homeowners improve their living spaces proved to be more fulfilling than the traditional office setting.
