Salted Vines Vineyard and Winery is a premier winery located in Frankford, DE. Founded by Adrian Mobilia and his wife, Jessica, the winery is a realization of a shared dream and a testament to their passion for wine and agriculture. Adrian, a fourth-generation grape grower, and Jessica, a wheat farm-raised girl, met in Southern Delaware and quickly discovered their mutual love for wine and farm life. Together, they purchased a 26-acre farm and began the transformation of Fenwick Wine Cellars into Salted Vines Vineyard and Winery.
