• Muhammed Malik, Former President: Muhammed co-founded Syntho Pharmaceuticals with his wife, Hosneara Malik. He has extensive knowledge of R&D, quality control, regulatory, and operational expertise, which has helped the company become a shining success.
• Hosneara Malik, Current President and Director of Quality Assurance: Hosneara has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is recognized as a leader in her position. She oversees the daily manufacturing, production, and packaging operations at Syntho.
• Tithi Malik, Director of Operations and Acting Regulatory Manager: Tithi is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to quality control, FDA communications, accounting, and business expansion. She is committed to upholding the reputation of her family's name in the industry.
