We provide detailed reports with photographic documentation to help buyers and sellers understand property conditions. Our inspections follow ASHI standards while incorporating advanced tools like infrared cameras and drones for enhanced accuracy.
Leak Inspection
Using thermal imaging technology, we identify hidden water leaks in walls, ceilings, and foundations that traditional methods might miss. This specialized service helps prevent costly water damage by pinpointing exact leak sources for targeted repairs. Our approach minimizes invasive testing while ensuring accurate diagnosis of moisture intrusion issues.
Mold Inspection
As a licensed mold assessor, we conduct thorough evaluations to identify mold presence, determine moisture sources, and develop remediation plans. Our service includes air and surface sampling, laboratory analysis, and detailed recommendations for safe mold removal and prevention strategies tailored to property-specific conditions.
Radon Testing
We perform EPA-recommended radon testing using continuous monitoring devices to measure radioactive gas levels in homes. This critical health safety service identifies dangerous radon concentrations that require mitigation, providing accurate results and clear guidance for reducing long-term exposure risks in residential properties.
Drone Inspections
Our FAA-certified drone inspections offer safe, detailed roof assessments for hard-to-reach areas.
