Waterman Brewing, located at 9824 Dino Drive, Suite 150 in Elk Grove, California, is a brewpub founded by Jeff Stilz in 2016. Our establishment features a 10-barrel brewhouse, a cozy 50+ seat tasting room, an inviting kitchen, and a large shaded outdoor patio. At Waterman Brewing, we take pride in serving fresh, great-tasting beers directly from the source.

As a brewery, we offer a wide range of entertainment options for our patrons. These include live music, trivia nights, comedy nights, jam sessions, and NFL football games on our big screens. We have an extensive food menu that caters to various tastes and preferences, ensuring that our guests have a satisfying dining experience. Our menu features local wines and hard ciders, along with our signature Waterman beers.
