It appears that not all customers of Rasberry's Pest Professionals have had positive experiences with the company. One reviewer, Mary Haltiwanger, was extremely dissatisfied with the service she received. According to her review, the 80-year-old customer was not given accurate information about the termite inspection process. Specifically, the inspector, Tom R, failed to disclose that he worked as a consultant rather than a full-time termite inspector. Additionally, Mary was disappointed to learn that Tom did not treat dry wood termites, even though he had previously claimed to treat all types of termites.
Neglect of Customer Concerns
Moreover, Mary felt that Tom did not take her concerns seriously enough. She mentioned that he walked around the house rather than crawling under it to inspect, and later informed her that he would not treat her property, seemingly believing that she would be deceased by the time the problem became significant.
