Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. participates in the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) Peer Review Program. The purpose of a peer review is to evaluate the firm's audit and accounting practices and to ensure that our systems and procedures are in full compliance with AICPA professional standards. This program is required to be completed by an independent evaluator every three years. We have received unmodified Peer Review reports, the highest level evaluation possible, since entering the program.

Charles R. Guthrie, CPA, is the managing partner at Guthrie, Belczyk & Associates, P.C. Randy graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and has been in the accounting profession for over 30 years. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
