What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
Monday-Friday: 7:30am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-6:00pm. Saturday: 8:00am-12:00pm & 3:00pm-5:30pm. Closed Sundays and holidays for drop-offs/pick-ups.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
We recommend bringing your pet's regular food for dietary consistency. You may also bring a labeled dog bed (size permitting), along with any necessary medications clearly marked with administration instructions.
Do you offer grooming services before departure?
Yes, we provide exit baths, towel drying, and nail trimming services. Availability is limited, so please book this service when making your reservation to ensure availability.
