Rose Arbour

Welcome to Rose Arbour, a cozy bed and breakfast nestled in Vermont's Green Mountains. We recall and restore a pace of life from an earlier era, allowing you the opportunity to slow things down a little and sip and savor life. Our story began in the fall of '92 when Jerry, Debbie, and their daughter Katy came to see the foliage around Chester, Vermont. After falling in love with the area, they decided to make it their home and started Rose Arbour Tea Room & B&B.

Our Services

At Rose Arbour, we offer a variety of services including a traditional English black currant scone served daily and full afternoon tea with a reservation on Wednesday-Saturday, year-round. Our tea room is renowned for its delicious scones, which are described as the best you'll ever have. We also have a gift shop filled with an assortment of tea paraphernalia and unique gifts for the home. For those looking for a special treat, we have a variety of British teas for sale, including Fortnum & Mason's, and other teas and sweets.
