Our Story

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I, Kellie Stryker, have over 10 years of experience in medical social work, case management, mental health, adoption, grief support, fertility, and infertility. My personal experience with infertility led me to open my own practice, determined to provide the emotional support and guidance that I once lacked. My goal is to help you find your rainbow through the rain, establishing a positive mindset amidst life's challenges.

Our Services

We offer a range of services, including individual and couples counseling, phone consultations, and online therapy sessions. Our Telehealth-based practice ensures accessibility and convenience for our clients. We accept insurance from BlueCross and BlueShield, United Healthcare, and Optum, and provide a "superbill" for out-of-network benefits. Our fees are transparent, and we're committed to providing quality care at an affordable cost.

Our approach is centered around compassion-focused mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and person-centered therapy.
