It was founded by Phil Cooper Sr., who started the business with a small striping machine and a rusted out pick-up truck. Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, now offering a wide range of services including sealcoating, paving, asphalt patching, infrared patching, hot pour crackfilling, cold pour crackfilling, striping, and even residential snowplowing. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has earned us numerous awards, including being named one of the "Top 100 Sealcoating Contractors in the USA" by Pavement Magazine in 2005 and "Contractor of the Year" by Brewer Company in 2005.
