Ensure Your Home is Safe and Healthy
Welcome to our company, where we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality home inspection services. Our team is led by a Certified Master Inspector (CMI), a designation that is only given to the most experienced and dedicated inspectors in the industry. To become a CMI, an inspector must have completed at least 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of education, been in the inspection business for at least three years, and agreed to abide by the toughest Code of Ethics in the industry. Every CMI must also agree to periodic criminal background checks.
Our inspector is committed to delivering first-class service and putting themselves in your shoes, treating you like family. They will provide you with an honest and detailed assessment of the home, inspecting it as if it were their own. They believe that the greatest compliment they can receive is a referral from you or your friends and an honest review on Google. Their goal is to become your personal building consultant for life.
Our Services
Our standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems, and components of the home. The inspection includes a walk-through of the home, a visual examination, and operation of the various systems and components, as well as a detailed report of any material defects discovered. Our inspector will also provide recommendations for monitoring, repair, or replacement.
In addition to our standard home inspection, we also offer mold inspections and air sampling, radon testing, and visual mold swab sampling. We also provide investment inspections, which are limited (4-point) 1-hour inspections, as well as inspections for duplex, triplex, and quadplex properties.
Continuing Education and Training
Our inspector is required to stay up-to-date with the industry's most rigorous online Continuing Education and video training courses, which have been awarded hundreds of approvals and accreditations by state and government agencies. They adhere to a comprehensive Standards of Practice and abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts our clients first.
