Life Span School & Day Care

LifeQuest is a family of health care services and facilities dedicated to the maintenance and improvement of the health and life environment of people of all ages. We offer a wide range of services including nursing home, short term rehabilitation care, transitional care, convalescent care, respite care, and child care services including day care, kindergarten, and summer camp. Our facilities are located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, serving the Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Northampton counties. We strive to develop innovative ways of caring for the health care needs of our service area, focusing on sound financial management and community service.

Our Services

Our services cater to all age groups, ensuring that every individual receives the care they need. Our nursing homes provide quality senior care services, while our child care centers offer quality day care services. We offer rehabilitative care, traditional long-term nursing care, transitional care, respite care, and hospice services at our facilities. Our skilled nursing services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/swallowing therapy, complex wound care, intravenous medication, respiratory care, and tracheostomy care. We also provide a peaceful setting for our residents at our 200+ acre campus.

Mosser Nursing Home in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania, provides a homelike setting for its residents. Our LifeSpan Child Care centers are located in Quakertown, East Greenville, and Allentown, Pennsylvania, offering quality day care services. Each facility is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for its residents and children.
